Dr.Boucher completed his doctoral work at the University of Iowa. His research focuses on the representation of Indigenous peoples of the Americas in French and Quebecois cultures

Sharon Verdeur
B.S., U. of Delaware
Sharon Verdeur holds a B.S. in French Education from the University of Delaware. She was the recipient of the Governor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching and was also selected for Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers. While her extensive career experience lies in teaching French at the middle school level, Sharon has also taught French in elementary and high school, as well as in the private sector. She has also written curriculum in accordance with the Common Core Standards and traveled abroad with students. Sharon is thrilled to continue her professional career at Rutgers University and strives to inspire her students to love the French language and culture.
